Workshops 'Mini Retreat'
A 2 hour weekend class which gives you the opportunity to try a range of mindfulness practices in a comfortable and welcoming space. Think cosy blankets, herbal teas, and some uplifting discussions…
1:1’s are a great way to delve deeper into practicing mindfulness and explore how these skills can benefit you. It also allows me to tailor the sessions to your needs, and you can take away recordings to use regularly. I offer one off introductory sessions if you are unsure about joining a class, 6-8 week blocks or regular appointments.
